Exabone GmbH and its products are certified by BSI, Notified Body Number 0086 and 2797.

 

The company holds BSI certificate n° MD 582166 and operates a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO 13485: 2016 & EN ISO 13485: 2016 for the following scope : Design, development, manufacture and distribution of synthetic bone graft substitutes.

 

All the EXABONE products are MDR certified and UKCA certified, and the company holds BSI EU Quality Management System Certificate n° MDR 769482 R000 under the requirement of Regulation (EU) 2017/745, Annex IX Chapter I and III.

 

 

The synthetic bone graft substitutes carry the CE Mark in Class III (CE 2797).
